Sleeps up to 40 in 3 Wings
The 3 wings can be rented together or independently. Each wing is fully self contained, has accommodation over 3 floors and features a private garden to each wing. Weddings, corporate events and groups of all sizes easily accommodated with marquee and catering options available as optional extras.
The 1908 Lodge is a stylish Edwardian property, renovated in 2009. The three wings rented together have a maximum sleeping capacity of 40. The only shared part of the property is the driveway in the front, so individual groups have privacy in their accommodation and gardens.
Guests may enjoy the use of a private hot tub in each separate Wing; from 2010 tennis courts will be available for your use too! (completion date yet to be confirmed).

The 1908 Lodge offers easy access to Gunwharf Quays, is just a 2 minute drive from the beach, a minute's walk from the local Waitrose supermarket and a couple of minutes walk from family friendly local pub/restaurants. |

- Hot tubs are private to each property and not shared with the other Wings.
- Tennis court hire for Wings 2 & 3, subject to availability. *
- For weddings, corporate bookings and other events with more than 19 guests, catering or marquee requirements are to be booked via Harrington Homes.
- Refundable damages deposit payable at time of booking.
- Rental due either in one payment six weeks prior to arrival or in equal monthly instalments at no extra charge if paying by debit card, 2% credit card.
