• All rates shown are dependent on the time of year and number of guests.
• Please contact us for a rental quote advising number of nights, adults and children

• Free local phone calls at The 1908 Lodge
• Sky/Cable TV The Gallery, Park House, Retreat, and The Vicarage
• Complimentary Welcome Hampers. Contact us for costs if you wish to upgrade to a Luxury Champagne Hamper or receive details of other choices available

How to Book

Any of our properties may be reserved upon payment of a damages deposit by card, refunded in full within seven working days of checkout on the condition that no damage or extra cleaning costs need to be charged, and completion of our booking forms.

Rental payment and copy ID due six weeks prior to your arrival. Card or sterling cheque accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be notified in writing. If more than 8 weeks notice is provided and the property is re let for the whole of the period booked, any monies received will be refunded less an administration charge of £175 per week or part week booked. If less than 8 weeks notice is received no monies can be refunded and the full rental is still payable.  Guests are recommended to take out independent holiday or cancellation insurance to protect themselves from any loss.

How to Pay

• 0% charge for UK debit cards
• 2% charge for non-UK debit cards and credit cards
• If you would like to spread the cost of your booking, we offer 0% interest free monthly installment payment options if paying by debit card
• We are unable to accept payment by American Express
  

Additional Notes

• For the comfort of all our guests, we uphold a no smoking policy inside all properties
• Guests are free to smoke in the gardens or outside the property
• Our properties are open all year round including Christmas and New Year
