This listed home has been lovingly restored retaining many of its original Georgian features, but with newly fitted bathrooms and a luxury modern kitchen ensuring a wonderfully comfortable stay.  Enjoy the luxury of a real fire in the living room or entertaining in the large dining room which runs the full length of the house. Outside are two private gardens with off road parking available for 4-6 cars and if booked in advance of arrival, a boat and trailer.

Fully fitted modern kitchen. Neff oven, 5 burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Window overlooking garden and decking area.

Utility/Laundry Room:
2nd fridge / freezer, butler sink, washing machine, tumble dryer. Door to patio/garden area.

Lounge:
Leather sofas, chairs and footstools, feature period fireplace. TV, DVD player. Georgian french doors leading out onto the private walled garden.

Dining Room:
Two dining room tables, 14 dining room chairs. Extra chairs available on request. Georgian french doors leading out onto the garden. Music system. TV. Board Games.

Six double bedrooms:
One double bedroom on ground floor with french doors. Five double bedrooms on first floor. Choice of double, twin or family rooms. Sleeps up to 16.

For hen or bachelor parties up to 14 guests can be accommodated in separate beds. All bed linen provided.

Families:
Travel cots and highchairs can be provided on request. Stored off site. Families are requested to bring their own bedding and linen for the cot(s).

Four Bathrooms:
One shower room on the ground floor. Two shower rooms, bathroom and separate cloakroom on first floor. Bathroom towels provided.

Exterior:
Rear garden with decking area,  garden tables, seating, two gas BBQ’s.

Front walled garden.

Space for one or two marquees for weddings, events or corporate hire. Marquees to be booked via Harrington Homes.

Parking:
Off road parking for 4-6 cars. Parking space available for boat and trailer on request.
