This listed home has been lovingly restored and retains many of its original Georgian features. With newly fitted bathrooms and a luxury modern kitchen, a wonderfully comfortable stay is ensured. Enjoy the luxury of a real fire in the living room or entertaining in the large dining room which runs the full length of the house. Outside are two private gardens with off road parking available for 4-6 cars. Plus, if booked in advance of arrival, a boat and trailer can also be parked.

Property Details

Kitchen:
Fully fitted modern kitchen. Neff oven, 5 burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Window overlooking garden and decking area.

Utility/Laundry Room:
2nd fridge / freezer, butler sink, washing machine, tumble dryer. Door to patio/garden area.

Lounge:
Selection of sofas, chairs and footstools, feature period working fireplace. TV, DVD player. Georgian french doors leading out onto the private walled garden.

Dining/Family Room:
Two dining room tables, 16 dining room chairs. Two small sofas, TV and Music System. Georgian french doors leading out onto the garden. Board Games.

Six double bedrooms:
One double bedroom on ground floor with french doors. Five double bedrooms on first floor. Choice of either king double or single beds with twin, triple or family rooms available to suit. Sleeps up to 16.

For hen or bachelor parties up to 16 guests can be accommodated in separate beds.

All beds have feather and synthetic pillows with high quality Egyptian cotton linen.

Families:
A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Families are requested to bring their own bedding and linen for the cot(s).

Four Bathrooms:
One shower room on the ground floor. Two shower rooms, one bathroom and separate cloakroom on first floor. Egyptian cotton bathroom towels provided.

Exterior/Two Gardens:
Rear garden with lawn, decking area,  garden tables, seating, parasols and one gas BBQ. Front walled garden with lawn and number of flowering shrubs.

Space for one or two marquees for weddings, events or corporate hire. Marquees to be booked via Harrington Homes.

Parking:
Off road parking for 4-6 cars at rear of house with parking space available for boat and trailer on request.
